Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan really permanently free?
Yes. The free plan is permanent and has no time limit. You can use it to test your infrastructure and configurations through TCP Stream and WebSocket.
What is the difference between qprice and qall?
qprice delivers all prices from the exchange (~100 updates/s per exchange) and is only available for gettex, since Baader OTC provides no price data. qall additionally delivers full quotes (ask, bid, trade volume) with up to 50,000 updates/s and is available for both gettex and Baader OTC.
How does contract management work?
For qprice and qall, we handle the entire contract process with gettex and Baader OTC fully digitally. You sign online and we take care of the rest.
Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes. You can switch between plans any time. Contact us through the dashboard for a custom quote.
Does the price apply to all exchanges at once?
No. The price applies per exchange connection. Currently, gettex provides both prices and quotes, while Baader OTC provides quotes only – that's why qprice can be booked for gettex only, while qall is available for both exchanges. You can also book multiple connections to the same exchange, for example for different systems or environments; each additional connection is billed separately.
Will more exchanges be added?
Additional exchange connections may be added in the future and would be billed separately as well.
